- Subject to section 5.2, We do not collect any personal data from you. We do not place cookies on your computer or device, nor do We use any other means of data collection.
- If you send Us an email, we may collect your name, your email address, and any other information which you choose to give Us.

- If We do collect any personal data, it will be processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary considering the reason(s) for which it was first collected. - Any and all emails containing your personal data will be deleted as soon as the relevant data is stored in a password protected client folder (this will only be done in instances where you have instructed us to use your personal data for financial advice/funding.)

- We will not share any of your data with any third parties, unless given the permission to do so. This is something in which you will accept in signing our company Terms of Business Agreement or Introducer Agreement (which ever may be relevant to custom/services.)

Any data sent via email (due to the use of Office 365) will only be stored within the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).

You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by Us (where such data is held). Under the GDPR, no fee is payable, and We will provide any and all information in response to your request free of charge.
